Minnesota Restorative Practices Training Program
The Minnesota Restorative Practices Training Program (MRPTP) is a 8 week 45 hour training course designed to equip leaders, educators, advocates, and justice-impacted individuals with the philosophy, framework, and facilitation skills of restorative practices. Through this program, participants will deepen their understanding of healing, accountability, and community care while gaining hands-on facilitation experience. A $500 stipend will be given to all MRPTP participants upon completion of the program.
Intake Application
Program Schedule:
- Orientation via zoom: January 13th- 6:00pm-8:00pm (if selected)
- Winter cohort Saturdays: January 17th - March 14th, 2026 9:00am -2:00pm
- Midweek flexible participation will be required for completion of hours
- There will be a Spring, Summer and Fall cohort offered.
- Internship: With the opportunity of a 15-hour internship (not included in the weekly schedule) will be coordinated through Sabathani Community Center’s Be@School program, Youth Gang Violence Intervention (YGVI) program and Co-facilitating established community circles.
